CLERMONT, FL June 12, 2026—Alicia Weber completed her first ever 1,000 lbs pulling challenge followed by 1,000 lbs pushing challenge in her 10 lbs weight vest. She felt a magnesium float would do wonders for her. In addition to these new challenges, she is training for a sprint cycling event where she did some intense lower body training and she does landscape work and she had a lot to recover from this week (a splinter that would not come out of her finger and a blister that was taking awhile to heal).
So she made an appointment for her first one-hour magnesium float at the Salt and Sea Wellness Spa in Clermont, Florida. She heard so many positive comments from so many clients there that it was time she gives it a go. So here is her magnesium float experience followed by her newest challenges.
Watch Alicia experience her FIRST magnesium float above at Salt and Sea Wellness Spa in Clermont, FL.
Alicia exclaims, “Now, I see why the float is one hour and I feel all the benefits that everybody is talking about! First off, the buoyancy is something I never experienced before. I was totally suspended in the 94-degree 800lbs of magnesium float pool. It took me 20 minutes to get used to this incredible buoyancy. I then really started to get into a zone of relaxation around 30 minutes where I was not sure if I would be able to get out (laughing) as it is truly a LaLa Land experience. I was able to do a variety of mobility movements and Pilates on my back and also on my stomach as I was totally suspended with the buoyancy. After my hour was up, all my muscle soreness totally melted away. My 6-day old splinter came out of my finger on it is own. Plus, my blister from landscape work was all better. I am so relaxed that I was able to fall asleep easily and get into a deep sleep state. I am definitely hooked on the magnesium floats and will incorporate more in the future. Adults and children can benefit from the magnesium floats at the Salt and Sea Wellness Spa in Clermont, Fl.“
Alicia began conditioning her body for weight vest workouts at the beginning of April 2026. The weight vest training is all new for her and she has been excited to condition her body for these new types of challenges and also compare her results to her bodyweight only results.
The following workout challenges are in descending order:
Above is Alicia’s 1,000 lbs Pushing Challenge in Under 5 Minutes (100 consecutive pushups @ +10 lbs extra). Alicia maintained a plank with both hands on the floor and set at shoulder-width grip apart for the entire duration where she finished in 4:31 for her first attempt.
Above is Alicia’s 1,000 lbs Pulling Challenge in Under 10 Minutes (100 pull-ups @ +10lbs extra). This was a challenge created at Strength Origins on Instagram. Alicia made this challenge extra difficult by completing it on a tree branch with approx. 8 inch circumference for a thick grip. She completed it in 8:45 for her first attempt.
Above is Alicia’s 10lbs weight vest workout to build strength and power. Then, once that part of workout ends, she goes into a running workout to build V02Max (not wearing weight vest for running). Power, Endurance, and V02Max Workout
Above is a Memorial Day Weekend Challenge of 3 x (20 pull-ups + 20 toes to bar) followed by a 5k cross country race (Alicia wins the race and it is her 224th career victory). Lastly, she does a 10lbs Weight Vest Finisher.
Above Alicia does a Bodyweight Only Pull-Up to Toes to Bar Ladder and then repeats the challenge in 10lbs weight vest. This is a Bodyweight Vs. Weight Vest Challenge.
Above Alicia does a 100 rep bodyweight only challenge with legs crossed pull-ups/chin-ups followed by repeating the challenge with a 10lbs weight vest. Compare her times from bodyweight only to weight vest,
Above is Alicia’s 10lbs weight vest 25 pull-ups – 50 decline pushup challenge where she tries to tie or break her bodyweight only record of 3 minutes for the 50 pull-ups and 100 pushups challenge. Can she do it? Find Out.
Above is Alicia’s slow and controlled Pull-Push Workout in a 10lbs Weight Vest.
Above is Alicia’s 2nd workout EVER in a 10lbs weight vest, but her first workout is not shown on youtube with it on. Since she is just starting out with a weight vest and wants to condition her body, she only does 5-10 minutes routines in it. She is focusing on just wearing it in “workout finishers”. As you watch her in these different workouts, you will see that she builds volume and reps over time. Her initial goal was to comfortably do 100 pull-up and 100 push-up workouts with her weight vest on. She has certainly reached that goal by June 2026. These weight vest workouts are featured in order from April – June 2026. Conditioning is the key to success with staying injury free and enhancing performance.
