The June PPK Fitness Challenge and Alicia Weber’s New World Record

By: WEBER WAY TO WELLNESS REPORTER

Alicia was super excited to participate in the June 2026 Global PPK Fitness Challenge. It turned into her 225th career victory. She became the woman’s world record holder on June 20, 2026 with her result of 131 reps (3rd highest score all time). We will go in depth about this new fitness competition, benefits of this fitness test, and the different ways to do it.

This is a 5 minute Fitness Test created by Kevin Cullum of 1 million pullups on instagram and founder of Anybody Can Do Anything.

You can compete in the 3 exercise events in any order. Each event is 1 minute in duration for most proper reps. Then, there is a minute rest break after the first and second events. The reps do NOT need to be consecutive in this global challenge. The three exercises include pull-ups, push-ups, and Korsquats. This is an aerobic strength and stamina fitness test that really covers working all the muscles groups (pulling muscles, pushing muscles, core, and the anterior and posterior chain). There is not a lot of difference in your results with the order of the exercises as Alicia proved to be consistent in her results. She scored 130 reps with the order being pull-ups, korsquats, and then pushups. Then, she scored 131 reps with the order being pushups, pull-ups, and korsquats.

Above You Can Watch Alicia do 2 Rounds of the PPK Challenge (130 reps for Round 1 and 131 reps for Round 2 – the New World Record!)

Here is an individual look at the 3 exercises for this Global PPK Challenge:

Korsquats – They can be performed using a Korboard, dumbbells held over feet, or a bar held over feet etc. Alicia used a bar held over her feet. They are basically a sit-up to stand and air-squat (3 movements in one repetition to really COVER muscles in the anterior and posterior chain as well as deep core muscles and muscles stabilizers).

Many people can add momentum by swinging their arms during the Korsquat movement to create more reps. However, Alicia chooses to not gain momentum with an arm swing and to keep her arms held out straight with her hands held together to maximize the benefits of this exercise and reduce the risk for injury.

Alicia’s friend, Josh Fisher, is an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist, and he feels the Korsquat when using momentum with arms swinging is awful from an ergonomic viewpoint.

Josh adds, “It is screaming for a back injury, if you do these reps at high speeds with swinging arms to create momentum.”

Alicia comments, “Doing the PPK Challenge introduced me to the Korsquat for the first time. When I first did it, I could really feel a nice burn in my hamstrings and quads. Doing 20 reps in a minute was hard at first, but now I can manage 23 reps in a minute. I feel better conditioned for the exercise now and using the stricter form without the arm swing can help me really build strength I feel in my low back, deep ab muscles, and hamstrings for sure. It is truly a total exercise for lower body and core.”

Push-Ups – The pushups for this event are considered the standard/proper form push-ups that are safe for beginners and still challenging for advanced exercisers. They go through the basic body mechanics and core engagement with safety as a priority. The body begins in a plank with straight body and flat back. Feet can be together or hip-width apart. You then lower your body till it is parallel to the floor (a few inches from the floor), arms at 90-degree angle (shoulder-width apart for arms), then bring arms back to full extension. *The arms held with elbows tilted close to body to avoid strain and issues around the elbow.

Pull-Ups – The pull-ups for this event are also considered standard/proper from pull-ups that are safe for beginners and still challenging for advanced exercisers. Pronated grip is only used, and arms are to be only shoulder-width apart. The shoulder-width pull-up offers a balanced workload among back and shoulder muscles and it maximizes the lat engagement and muscle stretch, while protecting the shoulder joints from awkward angles. There is no kipping allowed. The arms start in full extension, and your chin comes over the bar for a rep to count. Legs can hang straight down or be bent or curled back.

Now, we will look at some other ways to perform this same challenge…

Alicia’s Strict Form PPK Challenge with a June Score of 100 reps!

Above is Alicia’s strict form challenge for June. The same korsquat and pull-up from is used in this challenge with one exception: The pullups need to be consecutive for 1 minute.

*The pushup form for this challenge is Considered the Gold Standard form. It requires the full range of motion (just gently touching chest to ground) and maintaining a perfect straight plank from heel to head (flat back and feet together). The hands are placed shoulder-width apart and keep the elbows at a 45-degree angle to your torso to protect shoulder and fully extend arms at the top of push-up. The Gold Standard pushup is more advanced and stricter and prioritizes maximum muscle activation. It takes longer to do a rep of the Gold Standard pushup than a proper from pushup as it goes through the full range of motion with chest touching the ground lightly on each rep.

Alica does 139 reps for the PPK Challenge with wide grip pull-ups and wide grip pushups!

Lastly, Alicia does the challenge with wide – grip form, which she is not keen on for high volume training, but it can be beneficial because it isolates specific muscle groups. It is a more advanced way to do reps, since there is a risk for injury.

Wide Grip pull-up/push-up form limits the range of motion in the exercise and adds more strain to muscles and tendons. There is a shorter distance to do to complete a rep, so a rep will be done faster than a proper form or Gold Standard rep. Wide Grip means beyond shoulder-level.

Alicia says,” The Wide Grip is in its own category for exercise events. I personally do not like wide grip pushups, but it can be beneficial for hitting front delts and chest more. I do not recommend high volume for wide grip exercises. I do find slow wide grip pull-ups to be beneficial for stretching out my shoulders. They also build lats and help with V back development.”

In any event, there are 3 options to the PPK Challenge. You can compare your results across the 3 formats and activate and develop cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength and endurance. It is a total body workout in 5 minutes! You got to love that! Why not give it a try?

The Alternative Event would be the CPK for 5 minutes. Alicia did her first ever CPK on June 27, 2026. She did 129 reps.

Alicia does the CPK with 129 reps!

The shoulder-width grip chin-ups replace the shoulder-width grip pull-ups in this 5-minute challenge. Other than the chin-ups, all the rules are the same as the PPK Challenge.

Chin-ups – They use a supinated grip (palm toward you). A chin-up is an excellent exercise to gain superior bicep enlargement. Other major muscles are involved as well including lats, teres major, rear delts, and pec muscles. There is also deep abdominal and lower back involvement to help keep the body stable for faster reps and to prevent swinging.

Fitness Woman Completes Two 1,000 lbs Challenges, then recovers in Magnesium Float at the Salt and Sea Wellness Spa

By: WEBER WAY TO WELLNESS REPORTER

CLERMONT, FL June 12, 2026—Alicia Weber completed her first ever 1,000 lbs pulling challenge followed by 1,000 lbs pushing challenge in her 10 lbs weight vest. She felt a magnesium float would do wonders for her. In addition to these new challenges, she is training for a sprint cycling event where she did some intense lower body training and she does landscape work and she had a lot to recover from this week (a splinter that would not come out of her finger and a blister that was taking awhile to heal).

So she made an appointment for her first one-hour magnesium float at the Salt and Sea Wellness Spa in Clermont, Florida. She heard so many positive comments from so many clients there that it was time she gives it a go. So here is her magnesium float experience followed by her newest challenges.

Watch Alicia experience her FIRST magnesium float above at Salt and Sea Wellness Spa in Clermont, FL.

Alicia exclaims, “Now, I see why the float is one hour and I feel all the benefits that everybody is talking about! First off, the buoyancy is something I never experienced before. I was totally suspended in the 94-degree 800lbs of magnesium float pool. It took me 20 minutes to get used to this incredible buoyancy. I then really started to get into a zone of relaxation around 30 minutes where I was not sure if I would be able to get out (laughing) as it is truly a LaLa Land experience. I was able to do a variety of mobility movements and Pilates on my back and also on my stomach as I was totally suspended with the buoyancy. After my hour was up, all my muscle soreness totally melted away. My 6-day old splinter came out of my finger on it is own. Plus, my blister from landscape work was all better. I am so relaxed that I was able to fall asleep easily and get into a deep sleep state. I am definitely hooked on the magnesium floats and will incorporate more in the future. Adults and children can benefit from the magnesium floats at the Salt and Sea Wellness Spa in Clermont, Fl.

Alicia began conditioning her body for weight vest workouts at the beginning of April 2026. The weight vest training is all new for her and she has been excited to condition her body for these new types of challenges and also compare her results to her bodyweight only results.

The following workout challenges are in descending order:

Above is Alicia’s 1,000 lbs Pushing Challenge in Under 5 Minutes (100 consecutive pushups @ +10 lbs extra). Alicia maintained a plank with both hands on the floor and set at shoulder-width grip apart for the entire duration where she finished in 4:31 for her first attempt.

Above is Alicia’s 1,000 lbs Pulling Challenge in Under 10 Minutes (100 pull-ups @ +10lbs extra). This was a challenge created at Strength Origins on Instagram. Alicia made this challenge extra difficult by completing it on a tree branch with approx. 8 inch circumference for a thick grip. She completed it in 8:45 for her first attempt.

Above is Alicia’s 10lbs weight vest workout to build strength and power. Then, once that part of workout ends, she goes into a running workout to build V02Max (not wearing weight vest for running). Power, Endurance, and V02Max Workout

Above is a Memorial Day Weekend Challenge of 3 x (20 pull-ups + 20 toes to bar) followed by a 5k cross country race (Alicia wins the race and it is her 224th career victory). Lastly, she does a 10lbs Weight Vest Finisher.

Above Alicia does a Bodyweight Only Pull-Up to Toes to Bar Ladder and then repeats the challenge in 10lbs weight vest. This is a Bodyweight Vs. Weight Vest Challenge.

Above Alicia does a 100 rep bodyweight only challenge with legs crossed pull-ups/chin-ups followed by repeating the challenge with a 10lbs weight vest. Compare her times from bodyweight only to weight vest,

Above is Alicia’s 10lbs weight vest 25 pull-ups – 50 decline pushup challenge where she tries to tie or break her bodyweight only record of 3 minutes for the 50 pull-ups and 100 pushups challenge. Can she do it? Find Out.

Above is Alicia’s slow and controlled Pull-Push Workout in a 10lbs Weight Vest.

Above is Alicia’s 2nd workout EVER in a 10lbs weight vest, but her first workout is not shown on youtube with it on. Since she is just starting out with a weight vest and wants to condition her body, she only does 5-10 minutes routines in it. She is focusing on just wearing it in “workout finishers”. As you watch her in these different workouts, you will see that she builds volume and reps over time. Her initial goal was to comfortably do 100 pull-up and 100 push-up workouts with her weight vest on. She has certainly reached that goal by June 2026. These weight vest workouts are featured in order from April – June 2026. Conditioning is the key to success with staying injury free and enhancing performance.

You can contact Alicia for a training plan and guidance to goals at Awinningway@gmail.com

You can also enhance your performance by making a Spa Day at Salt and Sea Wellness Spa and do massage therapy, magnesium float, cold plunge, sauna, and Salt Room and more!

She highly recommends the course to anyone looking to expand their business online or discover what they can do with their background and experience.

Here are Alicia’s 5 Takeaways in Joel Bauer’s 5 Day Course 5 Moves to Monetize

1.) Inspiring – Joel’s passion for what he does is contagious. Everything goes to the next level when you work with Joel. The intimacy he creates in his class with students with the same mindset and goals is very inspiring. I never received this type of comradeship before.

2.) Interactive – The group gets to know each other and communicate through a private facebook group and do homework. We learn about each other, network, and hold each other accountable. The homework that we share with the group builds our confidence and sense of direction to fly out of the gates and get moving after the 5 Days are up.

3.) Insightful – Joel Bauer pulls back the curtain to show us the day-to-day tasks and empowerment he uses in his online business.

On December 19, 2022, Alicia aka World Record Weber, attempted to set her 6th Holiday record in a new style! She wanted to wear knee high socks and believed they would be lucky and help her break a speed record that she attempted to re-set a few times and failed. She picked out her favorite new Christmas socks – red is her favorite color. She picked out her new tie dye red Christmas knee sock to re-set the intense one minute Hands Flat Triangle Star Squat record, which requires certain form to be maintained. If anyone knows Alicia, then you know she enjoys smashing records – not just breaking them slightly. Weber Way to Wellness Reporter: What made you think of changing up your style to set a record and how did you think of a knee sock?

Alicia: First, I was thinking about unique Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers that most people may not think about. I usually give gift cards as gifts and I wanted to change things up this year. I then thought of a knee sock particularly Chrissy’s Knee Socks because she has a wide variety of comfortable, colorful, fashionable, sporty knee socks (for men and women) for many occasions especially Christmas. Second, I realized that I should change up my style and set a holiday record in a knee sock. I know some fans commented on my socks before and I felt a colorful knee sock would be a wonderful fashion statement.

Weber Way to Wellness Reporter: How did you pick out the Chrissy Knee High Socks and did you do anything special in the other 5 holiday records you set?

Alicia: I picked out Chrissy’s Knee High Socks because I felt they would not be too tight. They are made with cotton, nylon, and spandex. I am very happy with Chrissy’s form fitting knee high socks . I can also push them down and wear to my ankles. As far as my other holiday records go, I do wear some of my favorite outfits. I love my red lululemon running shorts and black tights. I also love my green/black speedo bikini top. I wanted to wear red and green in a sporty, snazzy way for these holiday records. I will share my 5 other holiday records below.

World Record Holder’s Fun Mind and Body Training with a Free Video Game

There is no excuse to be a dumb Jock anymore when you have the free solitaire.org video games for fun, intellectual stimulation, and learning – over 100 of them!!

Researchers see educational and learning potential in a multitude of video games. I will share my favorite games from Solitaire.org and the results and benefits I exhibited from them. I will add that I do need to concentrate a lot with these games, so I like to add only a simple isometric exercise like the wall sit or just sitting on a Balance Ball for my Body and Mind Combo Training.

https://youtu.be/ZNZ_OwDonJU
Intro to Solitaire.org Mind and Body Training and My Results!!

DAILY WORD SEARCH: I enjoy the daily word search game where a word search is different each day. You can do the current day or go back and do a previous day. My best so far has been 12:02. Interestingly, I was never a big fan of word searches till this game. At first I felt overwhelmed and thought I would be too slow. I quickly developed a strategy to pick up the pace – finding all the “letters” for the first letter of a word. Then, I could sift through and find words faster. I found longer words more easily than three letter words. I find a great sense of self esteem to just complete these games in a timely fashion.

ZUMA BALL: My all time favorite game on any video game website involves bubble shooting. On this site, my favorite is Zuma Ball. I feel like there is logical thinking and strategy that needs to be made in order to be successful and move up the levels. I also know reaction time and hand-eye-coordination plays a part in your success in this game. There are similar shades of yellow and red balls, which can come quickly and you need to match them in 3 to remove them. You need to stay focused to match the right shade of color. I feel I get into a zone as I move up the levels and my concentration increases. I block out any distractions and I think fast, but I need to react even faster. Right now, my best result after a few days of practice has been reaching level 8 out of 10 levels.

DAILY 15UP: I never played a math video game before till I played Daily 15UP logic puzzle. At first, it seemed quite difficult and it took me 8 minutes to complete my first game. The math is easy, but there is logical thinking and a process to add up the math to make 12 addition problems. I kept getting stuck finding #12. After a few attempts, I got a lot faster and figured out the logic. My best time to complete the game is now 1 minute and 30 seconds. Just like with anything – practice makes performance.

PALACE HOTEL HIDDEN OBJECTS GAME: I found the Palace Hotel Hidden Objects game to be unique and exhilarating. I was so excited to get through all 10 levels on my first try at the game! It reminded me of my self defense course where I teach people to be aware of their surroundings and pay attention to details. I felt like a detective sent out on a hunt for missing objects and I had to find everything as fast as possible. I can see where this game improves memory recall and reaction time.

LETTER SCRAMBLE: The letter scramble video game was a great mental challenge with only 3 levels. I was happy to make it to level 2 of 3 on my first attempt. It tests your vocabulary, speed reading ability, reaction time, cognitive function, critical thinking, and memory recall. Different letters get shuffled around and you need to remember where a letter was placed to keep coming up with words quickly. Think of words with the letters you see and then spell them out. The game increases speed at each level.

These some of my favorite games and first results from them at Solitaire.org

There are well over 100 FREE games at solitaire.org. I just shared with you some of my favorite ones. They are probably most known for card games, so I wanted to share some of the other game categories available there. Time to get your Body and Mind Training in TODAY!

World Record Holder Gives 10 Tips to Get Ahead Financially and Make A Budget

Whether you are an athlete trying to save $ for races and travel, head of a household, person in debt and trying to dig out, or someone wealthy or not so wealthy with a goal to save – everyone can learn something to get ahead here. The first step I like to take would be to write out my financial goals and see what I may like to spend money on and also look at all the possible ways I can save money. Just like with my athletics, I want to then set realistic financial goals for myself and set small goals along the way and create a budget. I begin by implementing a few budget strategies at a time to build a base and then implement more as I grow. Just like my physical conditioning that leads to my records and race results, it is fun to see the results of a successful budget and what “financial conditioning” can do when I follow these tips.

Work on “Financial Conditioning” with 10 Budget Strategies to Spend Less and Make More.

1.) This is a simple and easy thing (just a snap of ANY receipt) and a person is on their way to earning points to gift cards from Amazon and other retailers. The Fetch App is a great app for travelers and people who are on the go spending money at a lot of places. The minimum is a $5 gift card with 5,000 points.

2.) The Upside App is excellent for getting cash back on gas. They partner with a variety of gas stations and even grocery stores and restaurants. It is pretty easy to use this app. You claim a place that you want to go. Then, click a button to check in once you are there. Then, take a snap of your receipt. The cash back money is usually processed within 48 hours. You can then cash out the money to a bank account or paypal when you want it.

3.) The Ibotta app is known to give the most money back on groceries among all apps. It seems to be pretty easy to use also. One must go to a store that they are partnered with and receive a receipt. Then, scroll through products and pick the ones that you bought that have rewards. Take a snap of the receipt. Your earnings are calculated and made available within 24 hours usually. One can cash out using paypal or bank account.

4.) If you are into buying a lot of organic groceries or organic products, then the Makeena app is one to use. You get cash back for buying certain organic groceries. You check off from a list of what you bought and snap your receipt. Shortly, one will receive cash back. Once, someone earns $20 in cash back, they can send the money to a bank account or paypal.

5.) A great way to save is by spending money using a cash back credit card (as long as you do not over-spend). There are quite a few cash back credit cards to consider and here are some of the main ones.

6.) Another great way to save is by cutting back on gas expenses by carpooling or riding a bike. Even better, you can earn money in gift cards through the Evidation App by living a healthy lifestyle – all you need to prove it is a fit bit watch or Apple Health on the iphone that logs your daily mileage “moved” by walking or cycling etc. You can also earn money toward gift cards by taking short surveys on your health. My one friend earned $20 in gift cards to Amazon in one month from logging mileage and taking a few short surveys.

7.) Take a close look at your groceries. One can normally get a lot of the packaged products for a lower price at Amazon. Compare the price there and now see the frequency of when you purchase certain products. In many cases, a big way to save money is through the Subscribe and Save program at Amazon (if you have Amazon Prime) and purchase certain products every month.

8.) Save Time AND Money with Kroger Delivery and get savings on gas at Shell. Check out the groceries at Kroger and see if they have what you like to get and give it go!

9.) Pick up some side jobs to make extra money. One can create a “fun money” account from side jobs and use that money toward going to the movies, going to Disney, going to a Dance Club, entering a Race etc. One can also use the extra money or cash back from the apps to put toward saving and investing.

10.) Time to start investing or continue to invest. A great book by Charles Payne called “Unstoppable Prosperity” teaches all about investing. Something that you do not hear about often is closed-end funds. I learned about Closed-End funds from someone with a financial degree. Non-leveraged means the funds have no debt, while leveraged funds mean there is debt. An example of a closed-end fund that is non-leveraged is BSTZ (BlackRock Science and Technology Trust II). A share is around $20 and it currently gives a monthly dividend of 19 cents a month per share. There are so many options with investing and one can find a Certified Financial Planner to guide them in investing.

Conclusion: After one month of working on my budget strategies, I earned $45.72 in cash back from doing tips 1-5 (not spending extra to get cash back, but just spending money on my usual monthly expenses). I also have been able to save my car two extra days from not needing gas, since I have been bicycling to work more often. Achieving this budget success will motivate me to continue and do the other strategies. I hope everyone enjoys implementing the budget strategies and sees great success as well!

World Record Holder Reveals her Joy of Sending and Receiving Cards

I recently experienced tremendous joy when I picked out a card and wrote a special message in it for my niece who just turned two. It was her first card from me. She was excited to receive it and it was very much appreciated by her and her mom and dad. It made me reminisce about my youth when I corresponded back and forth with close friends, family, and favorite teachers through card writing. No special occasions were needed to write a card with a letter. I looked forward to going to the mailbox and seeing what letter would arrive. These days there is no hurry to go to the mailbox and letter writing seems to have become a lost art that should be revived to add more joy to the days and it can be done easier now with new technology.

Copyright © AliciaWeber.com Niece holding up her first card from World Record Weber in 2022.

Receiving a card with a simple handwritten note can not only make someone’s day, but it can become a source of inspiration, motivation, and laughter for years to come. I remember many of my cards included a personal positive, uplifting message (I kept them all) and I would re-read them when I was going through a tough time. It would give me a source of power and motivation to keep trucking. Some cards with letters would always make me laugh. The ones who received my cards would tell me how much it livened them up as well. Unknowingly, one person was going through cancer and found thinking of me and my cards made her laugh and helped her beat cancer (she told me this enlightening info after she recovered from cancer).

Nowadays, as an enrichment teacher and coach, I always treasure cards I receive from students. I keep them all. Not only is it thoughtful, but it reminds me of their growth and development in my program where an average 60 percent of kids learn to compete for the first time. They learn practice makes performance and a positive mindset with a “if it is going to be, it is upto me” attitude. Their cards are a memory of their big achievements from being in my program for a short time.

Even though regular card writing with special messages may not be “the norm” like it was for me years ago, it still holds a special place in one’s heart and should not be forgotten. It seems the most common cards that go out these days are birthday cards. You can automatically send birthday cards with a special personal message easily. With today’s technology, writing a handwritten note and sending a card is easier than ever. Everyone can create a positive impression with family and friends at work or at school with at least one memorable birthday card that could become a game changer in one’s life or at least a long lasting bond.

World Record Woman Encounters Great Sleep and Dreams in Ghostbed

By: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter

A great night’s sleep with a great dream empowered Alicia to her second consecutive Clay 5k Race Victory within 50 days.

The World Record Woman, Alicia Weber, who at one point set 1,000 physical fitness world records in 1,785 days (one record every 42 hours) knows how important a good night’s sleep can be. Alicia enjoys 9-11 hours of sleep, but can do well with 8 hours. However, every hour under 8 hours needs to be made up for her to function at optimal levels. Outside of record breaking, she juggles a few careers and also competes as an elite athlete (she has over 170 victories).

She recently encountered a Ghostbed and was so excited by the name and comfort level of this split king adjustable bed with mattress.

“Going to bed to me is like going into a movie theater. I can’t wait to see what dream or “movie” will play tonight. Ghostbed sounds like a bed for a creative imagination at work at night,” Alicia exclaimed.

Recently, Alicia had a ghost disrupt her sleep (not in a Ghostbed)! She had to get extra sleep over a couple nights to recover. Late at night, dead batteries were left in a light and it suddenly turned on and flickered like crazy!!! There was no let up till she manually turned the light off. She checked the light in the morning and the batteries were dead again and light not working. She feels it was a good ghost though!

Alicia recently completed 3 Clay Races in Central Florida in 57 days. She loves to try to dream about her races, but rarely can feel herself running in her sleep. She can only see herself from a 3rd person point of view normally when it comes to running in her dreams. Only once in a dream did she feel herself running and huffing and puffing from a first person point of view. She remembers it as a “runderful” dream where she was running fast and effortlessly around a large grass field converted into a grass 400 meter track in between football goal posts. It felt so real. Then, in real life…several days after having the “runderful” dream she was sought out and offered a job as a track coach where she ended up training youth on the same grass track that she saw in her dream!!

Alicia likes to mentally prepare for competitions at night through dreams. In her March 5, 2022 Clay Race she saw herself coming through the finish line in first place. Then, in real life she did win the race! Then, she had a dream about her next race on April 23, 2022. She walked into a big auditorium and a bunch of people kept saying, “There is the winner” or “Congrats to winner” or pointing and saying “She is the winner” – a vivid dream! When she awoke she felt that dream was letting her know she will win. In real life, she did win her second consecutive clay race! Finally, she was hoping for a third win only 7 days later at the largest clay race in Central Florida with 770 finishers on April 30, 2022. She was unable to have any good dream about this 3rd race. All she could see in her dream was the type of terrain she would be running in and seeing herself go around a few bends. In real life, she placed 5th woman overall, first place Master Female.

The right, relaxing night time setting stimulates her imagination and ability to dream. Outside of a comfortable bed (like Ghostbed), she likes to hear the sound of water or have a Himalayan salt lamp on before sleeping to help with relaxation.

“You know you had a great sleep when you have a great dream that wakes you up excited for a new day. Also, to go to bed and feel fatigued and get the right amount of hours of deep sleep is very rejuvenating,” mentioned Alicia.

Getting the right amount of hours of deep sleep, keeps Alicia thinking possibilities with a positive-approach. Alicia hates not getting enough sleep because she feels disorganized and finds it harder to think positively. There are many other benefits to a Good Night’s Sleep. In fact, Penn Medicine considers sleep the Best Medicine!

2.) It gives you the deepest amount of information to create a baseline for an affordable price.
3.) You can compare the accuracy of your Dexa Scan results to your home scale, hip to waist ratio measurement, waist to body ratio measurement, and body fat caliper measurement.
4.) This is the best way to get visceral fat checked, which is imperative to learn to prevent diseases like metabolic syndrome, diabetes, fatty liver disease, and heart disease. It is insightful and motivating to learn your health and take action to improve.
5.) It is a fun test to get the baseline of your health and work toward goals in a 3 dimensional model. It uses high and low energy to test different tissues in the body. It’s exciting to get a visual analysis of what is going on inside your body.

Play a Video Game Vs World Record Weber!

Learn About an Enormous Collection of FREE video Games and challenge yourself against World Record Weber!

World Record Weber (WRW) will share her TOP 8 favorite video games at Plays.org and challenge readers to beat her scores. WRW chooses Plays.org for FREE videos games because you can play directly in your web browser with no app or downloads! PLUS, they have the largest collection she has ever seen with hundreds of games covering over 180 categories!!

Just like WRW sets goals with her physical fitness, she has set goals (high scores) with her favorite games. NOTE: She is an amateur and not an avid game player. Below our her favorite TOP 8 Games with results (the results below are from playing the game the normal way and not adding an exercise or holding a plank with it)! lol

1.) Her All Time Favorite Game is Defend the Sewers! She loves action-packed games with shooting bubbles and this bubble game takes the cake in her book! It has new landscape and challenges at each level. She first played and earned a high score of 8,000. Shockingly, without too much practice, she was able to complete all the levels and she saved the creek! The good thing about this game is that it remembers where you left off and you will resume there, when you start again.

2.) Her Second favorite game is a batman car game (Gotham City Speed). It is a driving and flying LEGO game. She enjoys the adrenaline rush and she set the goal of reaching 10,000, but that has not happened yet. Her highest score has been 8,197. The first time she ever played the game, she scored 1,896.

WRW’s highest score!

3.) Another game that WRW found to be interesting is the Space Adventure Virtual Pinball game. She only played a few times and her best score is 8,920. It is a cool game because the pinball bounces and you just tap the screen left or right to direct it. It feels real and that is why she prefers this game to other pinball virtual games. This would be her favorite pinball game for sure.

4.) Neon Invaders is another game that peaks her interest! It is a shooting game where you try to take down the invaders before they take you out! It is an easy to follow game .

WRW’s highest score!

5.) Although it is slow paced, WRW thought the Nickelodeon Ultimate Mini Golf was creative. In her first time to play, she was surprised to get a double eagle on her third hole! She is not a big golf fan. She did take one golf lesson before and played mini golf only a few times.

6.) Cannons and Soldiers is an interesting cannon shooting game where you shoot and figure out how much force and distance is needed to knock down the enemy (without knocking down your soldiers). Her highest score is 5, 581. The fun thing about this game is that there are 13 levels and you pick to play any of them (you don’t go in the typical order where you “earn your way” up to next level).

7.) Being an archery coach, WRW would have to pick an archery game as one of her favorites. Bow and Angle is very unique, since it uses geometry to shoot at an enemy and it also uses geometry to escape a shot from the enemy archer. She has never seen another archery game like this one! This one does not seem to keep score the way the others do. It is more about passing into the next level.

8.) Last but not least, a WRW favorite is not a “normal game”…it is a Virtual Xylophone instrument. It is nice to kick back and relax and strum out some tunes without having to go buy a musical instrument. You can make beats with this virtual instrument! There is no scoring on this one!

This is just a VERY SMALL sample of the games at plays.org **If you are a school student looking to improve – check out the following games:
1.) improving math
2.) increasing typing speed
3.) geography
4.) spelling
5.) science
6.) physics
7.) alphabet
8.) word

Have Fun, Learn, and Enjoy!!
