Alicia Weber started her new year off with a nice surprise – taking an awesome and very beneficial course called 5 Moves to Monetize Online with Joel Bauer. Alicia known as the Barrier Breaker Coach loved the course, which had homework and the ability to interact with other students. She met a Top-Notch Accountability Coach, Lamar Saunders, in the course. They are now business partners known as the A-L Team and starting their own online adventure to help people reach their goals.

The A-L Team (Alicia and Lamar) take their experiences and are able to help people online to reach, recharge, and get results in the New Year. Lamar has vast work experience as an entrepreneur. He has been working as an entrepreneur for over a decade. He has been an online Accountability Coach for over 2 years helping entrepreneurs stay on track and reach their goals.

Alicia has been an offline mind and body coach known as the Barrier Breaker Coach for over 25 years – helping people mainly in health, wellness, fitness, and mindset. Additionally, Alicia has been an elite, self-coached athlete for over 30 years. She has transferred her Elite Thinking onto her students. She will share secrets of her Elite Mindset in an upcoming workshop to help people get their mind right and their body will follow.
