Alicia Weber – Muscle Woman and 2 x World Champion in Running

By: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter

Alicia Weber is a 2 X World Champion in 10k Beach Running and a prolific world record holder in strength, speed, and stamina with 225 world records (and counting).
COCOA BEACH, Fl, October 21, 2012 —-Alicia Weber has done it again – set the course record and won the 10K Beach Running World Championships for the second year in a row! Athletes participated in the World Championship event representing 9 countries and 22 states. Alicia Weber was the overall female winner and was 6th overall out of the men and women. Alicia re-set the course record in a time of 43:53.

Alicia breezed through the finish line feeling great and very happy that she broke the course record by 39 seconds. Alicia exclaimed, “This is my final competition of 2012 and my 6th victory for the year where I competed in 4 sports. I am ending my season on a high note with great excitement over this consecutive world championship victory! I am very happy and thankful!”

Alicia juggles her sports as many as 10 different sports in one year and her competitive season starts in Feb and normally ends in late October or November each year. Competing in sports is not all Alicia does as she also sets strength, speed, and stamina world records throughout the year. So far this year, Alicia set 166 official world records at Recordsetter. This is the most Alicia EVER set in one year and the year is NOT over yet for her record setting…

Alicia is the World’s Most Prolific Strength and Endurance Record Holder that is also a World Champion Athlete – her post-race interview here:

Alicia has excelled in all forms of running from track to road to off terrain and is a former University of Florida track/cross country letter winner. I asked Alicia how does beach running compare to the other forms of running.

Alicia answered, “Beach running is challenging. You don’t know what you will get – beach wind gusts, thick sand, hard packed sand, and even running on a slant the whole time. You need to prepare for it all. Beach running requires extra sessions of feet and leg strengthening to handle the unbalanced sandy surface that challenges each step or your run.”

Darryl Learie Lands in Ripley’s Believe It or Not with his “Eggsercise”

By: Alicia Weber

Darryl Learie reached the pinnacle of success when his world record for most one armed pushups on a raw egg was selected to be in The 2013 Hard Cover Annual “Ripley’s Believe It or Not – Download The Weird” 9th annual book on page 160. There’s stiff competition to get into this exclusive and sought after record book – there were 25,000 entries and only a small percent of them were selected to be in this book.

Darryl Learie is into eggsercise and he is originator and record holder for the one arm pushup on the raw egg!

This by no means is Darryl’s only world record – he currently holds over 100 world records between RecordSetter World Records and The Book of Alternative Records where he holds records in exercise, human body achievement, and weird science (and he has set over 330 world records!!). However, the one armed pushup on the raw egg inspires awe, creativity, interest, and a level of difficulty that sparks the imagination.

Robert H. Schuller says it is “the round pegs in the square holes” – the nonconformists that are the innovators, the movers and shakers that push the human race. Darryl Learie is one of them and his one armed pushup on the raw egg record signifies this meaning where he “pushes” to new levels what was thought possible.

Darryl Learie is also a member of the Official Pushup Hall of Fame and he feels tragedy makes triumph. If Darryl had been popular in high school and the star athlete in a sport like football or basketball, he would have become content and not have “pushed” himself to be who he is today.

Like Darryl, all members of Pushup Hall of Fame (i.e. Charles Servizio, Paddy Doyle, the late Charles Linster, Roy Berger, Robert Lewis Knecht, Mich Gooch, Giuseppe Cusano, Flavio Codarin, Shaun McDaniel, and myself Alicia Weber) are nonconformists that push the human race to further achievement and only nonconformists know it is not easy.

Darryl’s “tragedy to triumph” days were during high school where he developed the motivation to be tough and shoot for unconventional feats rather than conventional sports. These were the days that appeared to be a tragedy to him as he stuck out like sore thumb with no friends, no support, only bullying and other issues he had to overcome alone (click here or refer to video below to hear his story). During these high school days, Darryl was mature enough to know that tough times never last, but tough people do and trying times are just times preparing one for a triumph. He kept an upbeat personality and he didn’t get bitter only better…

The result of Darryl toughening out all the trying times is that he has become the World’s 3rd most prolific world record setter!

You better believe that Darryl wouldn’t change anything and he is thankful for the “tragedy” and he is eggstatic over the “eggsercise” triumph!

If you are a nonconformist, you go places no one else goes and you are mentally and physically stronger for it. Once you get through the times that test your nonconformity, you become a leader and you won’t want to turn back.

Darryl Learie’s entry into the world’s most sought after record book – Ripley’s Special Edition 2013 (Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Special Edition) is a testimony on believing in himself and following his road of nonconformity with eggsercise!

A BIG Congrats to Darryl!!

Here Darryl sets the World Record in the One Armed Pushup on the Raw Egg with 8 reps!

Here is Darryl’s Story of Tragedy to Triumph and his Pinnacle of Success in “Ripley’s Believe It or Not”

The Alternative Decathlon and Pentathlon with World Records

By: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter

Jim Thorpe named Athlete of the Century and Greatest Athlete when he became Olympic Decathlon Champion in 1912. 2012 marks 100yr anniversary of the Decathlon.
This year 2012, marks the 100 year anniversary of the sport of Decathlon, which first became popular worldwide in the 1912 Olympics when American Jim Thorpe won the gold medal and was told he was “the world’s greatest athlete.” That title of “world’s greatest athlete” has been bestowed on every Olympic Decathlon Champion since! What an exciting time it is to see on the 100th anniversary of Decathlon another American taking that claim to fame and in world record style too! Ashton Eaton won the Olympic gold medal in the decathlon in the 2012 Olympics and at US Olympic Trials Eaton set the world record with a new benchmark of 9,039 points in this two day event! The Olympic decathlon is a 2 day event, but there is a non-Olympic decathlon with the same order of events as the Olympic one except it has to be completed in JUST 1 HOUR! The world record for the 1 hour decathlon is 7,897 points set in 1992 by Czech decathlete Robert Zmelik. The sport of decathlon evolved from the sport of pentathlon that was in the ancient Olympics, which included long jump, discus throw, javelin throw, track sprint, and finally a wrestling match. Pentathlons were introduced in Olympia during 708 BC and ignited the fire for centuries of athletes to seek the thrill for “all around athletic events.” Now, in 2012, Alicia Weber – 100+ x world record holder in strength and endurance would like to introduce you to the modern day alternative decathlon and pentathlon!

Alicia Weber is known as a very innovative, fun, and results-driven fitness trainer as well as a determined all around athlete. In celebration of the 100yr anniversary of the decathlon, Alicia set a world record in a 10 event rep-based Abdominal Decathlon on August 13, 2012. Alicia creatively combined 10 of the most challenging ab exercises (based on feedback from her clients and her own training experiences) and set these exercises up to go continuously for the most reps with less than 6 minutes of rest between exercises and Alicia broke 2 world records in individual rep-based ab exercises enroute to setting the new benchmark of 1,310 reps for the Abdominal Decathlon!

Alicia Sets RecordSetter World Record for Abdominal Decathlon

Alicia Weber earned the Record of the Day Recognition for her Abdominal Decathlon on August 14, 2012.

Next up on Alicia’s schedule was to celebrate the evolution of the sport of decathlon by going back to its roots in Olympia with the pentathlon. Alicia created a pentathlon called the “Towel Pull Up Pentathlon” where the highest score wins! Four of the events are all various types of towel pull ups testing maximum strength and are rep-based and one event is time based as one goes for the longest one arm towel grip dead hang. Each rep =1 point and each second = 1 point and the total points from the 5 events are tallied and the highest score wins! On August 16, 2012, Alicia broke one individual event world record in the consecutive full rep towel L pull ups enroute to setting the world record with 122 points for the Towel Pull Up Pentathlon.

Alicia sets Recordsetter World Record in Towel Pull Up Pentathlon

Alicia's record in the Towel Pull Up Pentathlon made RecordSettter Record of the Day Recognition on August 19, 2012.

A record holder can earn “Record of the Day” with Recordsetter World Records, if their record becomes popular and demonstrates a high level of creativity and difficulty. Talking Abs and Muscle Recovery with Ab Exercise World Record Holder – Alicia Weber

By: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter

Sit Up World Record Holder, Alicia Weber had previously talked abs when she discussed the muscles used to perform a situp and explained the exercise. Today, Alicia will talk about her latest ab exercise world record and her muscle recovery.

Alicia was challenged by a fan to set the longest 6-12 inch straight leg hold and she did just that when she set the RecordSetter World Record for the longest 6-12 inch straight leg hold on August 1, 2012. Alicia even surpassed what she ever thought she would do, when she set the world record for a mind boggling 31 minutes and 36 seconds. I asked Alicia how she did it and Alicia answered, “Blocking out the pain and preparing before the event with massage therapy. It becomes more of a mind game after awhile.”

I then asked Alicia how she physically prepared for the event and what she expected she would do and Alicia answered, “I have been setting and re-setting knee tuck and 5 and 30 minute duration situp records since April 2012, so come August my abs are in pretty top form right now and I just became first human to break 1,000 reps of situps in 30 minutes using proper form (where hands aren’t allowed to help and are placed only on side of head above ears) when I did 1,023 reps in 30 minutes for a RecordSetter World Record on July 17, 2012. Due to my record setting for rep based ab records, I knew I could do well for the isometric ab record, but I thought I could only see myself doing 20 minutes maybe 25 at top. I definitely got a second wind of endurance to exceed 30 minutes and I believe it is because of my massage therapy!”

Alicia Weber said, “Massage therapy and muscle training go hand in hand. In order to be a long-term elite athlete, I have regular massage therapy to keep the muscles limber and nutrient rich and free of stiffness and immobility where metabolites and lactic acid feast!”

Alicia is also a licensed massage therapist and degreed and certified fitness trainer and Alicia can certainly see the benefits her own trainees gain when they combine regular fitness training with regular massage therapy including Cherie Oney – the oldest person to run with her dog and compete in AKC Dog Shows, as well as, Multiple Running World Record Holder for women over 70 – Roxann Steinke.

Alicia Weber’s Rise to Rope Climbing and the Gator Nation’s Sport Tradition

By: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter
August 4, 2012

Letter Winning UF runner, Alicia Weber’s rise to rope climbing came accidently at the University of Florida after Alicia graduated. Wouldn’t that be the only natural place to rise in sports considering the Univerisity of Florida’s tradition of producing champion athletes and Olympians?

The University of Florida has an 8m rope that sits beside the track stadium. Rope Climbing is part of the conditioning in many sports and while at University of Florida, Alicia trained in rope climbing to help with her running. Alicia said, “I climbed the rope and didn’t think much about the sport of rope climbing. In fact, I didn’t know there was a sport!!”

The accidental moment came on Oct 14, 2009, when Alicia climbed the rope casually in L-position to shoot a strength video for VideoTeasing as her character – Aussie Amanda. Alicia posted a snippet of the video on youtube as shown below and the responses were huge! Alicia said, “I had all kinds of people writing to me saying that I went faster than world record, while holding a rigid L position when all that is required is the much easier version of the arms only legs dangling rope climb. I was told competitive L-position climbing was abandonded in late 1800’s and the only competitive format is arms only rope climbing. ”

Alicia’s famous video that caused her to Rise to Rope Climbing World Records

Alicia then became acquainted with the sport of rope climbing, and of course, she decided to go for more world records! Alicia got a 22ft Outdoor Climbing Rope and in 2011 she set a half dozen arms only speed climbing records with the Book of Alternative Records and then in 2012, Alicia expanded into setting records with the rigid L position arms only climbs and longer arms only endurance rope climbs with RecordSetter World Records.

If only rope climbing was still an Olympic sport, Alicia would be going for Gold and joining the other 145+ Letter Winning Gator Athletes that have competed in the Olympics, which makes UF the top school for producing Olympians.

During the 2012 London Olympics, Ryan Lochte’s 5th and final medal (silver medal) won in the 200IM marks UF’s 100th Olympic medal won by a Gator Letter Winning Athlete. UF letter winning swimmer, Elizabeth Beisel then took the 101st medal won by a Gator letter winner when she won the bronze medal in the 200m Backstroke (her 2nd individual medal won at Olympics).

Every Olympic year, the Florida Gators keep increasing the # of Olympians and # of medals won. In 2008 at the Beijing Olympics, if the University of Florida (known as Gator Nation) was recognized by the International Olympic Committe as a real nation, it would have tied for 18th for total medals earned in those games!

In 2012, the Gator Nation has a record 37 Gator Athletes competing in the London Games. The two biggest sports represented by Gator Nation are swimming (23 athletes) and track (10 athletes), although fewer athletes are in the other sports (i.e. basketball, tennis, and soccer) they are very strong in everything!

The Gator Nation has reached over 100 Olympic medals won by Letter Winners as of this 2012 London Olympics and starting the medal count when UF won their first medal back in Mexico City 1968 Olympics. They have produced many world records too (maybe too many to keep track of..).

Alicia Weber may not have been born in time to be an Olympian in Rope Climbing (1932 Last Olympics with Rope Climbing), but she CAN be counted in the world record count for the Letter Winning Athletes that have set world records representing Gator Nation.

Alicia Weber alone has set and held over 150 official world records and she should soon see on the radar her BIG 200th world record in strength and endurance!

One thing is certain, the Gator Nation brings their “A Game” and attracts the most determined and dedicated athletes into their sports programs and the results are letter winners that go on to become great champions in life and in sports!

Rope Climbing Removed from Olympics, But Sport is Still ALIVE!

BY: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter

If rope climbing was still an Olympic sport, Alicia Weber (multiple Rope Climbing World Record Holder) would be hauling in gold medals for Team USA!!

Rope climbing was contended in the Olympics first in the late 1800’s with the event that is Alicia’s specialty – L position arms only rope climbing. However, given the level of difficulty and too few competitors, the event was changed to arms only rope climbing with legs dangling in 1904 and remained that way thru the 1932 Olympics and then rope climbing was removed all together starting in the 1936 Olympics.

Alicia Weber is one of the few competitors still tackling rope climbing where she has amassed a dozen world records between the Record Books (Book of Alternative Records and RecordSetter World Records).

I ask Alicia what is her motivation to keep rope climbing. Alicia says, “It is very challenging and I like challenges. I get bored with the same old athletic events and rope climbing offers a twist to sports and builds great physical fitness.”

Alicia broke her L-Position Arms Only 12ft Rope Climb record by nearly a full second during the London Olympics. Alicia says, “I got excited watching the Olympics and thought about what it would be like if I was around in the late 1800’s – early 1900’s and could go for Olympic gold – that motivated me to blow away the world record!”

Alicia re-set the 12ft L-Position Rope Climb record that starts in seated position in a time of 3.96 seconds on July 31, 2012. In comparison, female gymnasts take an Elite Physical Fitness Abilities Test and their best in a similar L position climb has been 4.99 seconds and Alicia’s former record for the event was 4.8 seconds.

In Alicia describing her excitement of the physical fitness challenges rope climbing offers, she attempted a totally new type of record combining running with arms only speed rope climbing for the Ultimate Cardio/Strength Workout!

On August 3, 2012, in the Florida 90 degree heat, Alicia attempted the first ever 1500m run with 96ft Arms Only Rope Climb. Alicia climbs 12ft arms only after every other 100m and starts in a seated position and does this for a total of 8 climbs during her 1500m run. She completed the effort in a new benchmark of 7 minutes and 18 seconds.

Alicia Completes 1500m Run with 96ft Arms Only Rope Climb for new record.

With the many physical fitness challenges Alicia tests with rope climbing and her re-setting of world records in speed rope climbing, Alicia is keeping the sport of rope climbing ALIVE and well!

Muscle Woman Becomes Fastest Person to Set 50 Exercise World Records

By: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter

Fitness Professional, Alicia Weber, decided to test her energy levels by not only setting world records covering upper body, lower body, and core exercises – BUT setting them the fastest!

From April 24 – June 24, 2012, Alicia set 50 exercise world records in 62 days for an Official RecordSetter World Record.

Alicia said, “I only had 2 days off of work in 62 days as a fitness trainer and I carried the momentum to set these records relentlessly and I am very happy to see what my energy levels are capable of doing.”

I asked Alicia’s Fitness Associate to describe Alicia and she said, “The first thing I think of are her high energy levels that stand out. She is a powerhouse that keeps going. Alicia puts the same all out effort in helping all her fitness trainees. Alicia is a very dedicated and competent trainer that has received great reviews!”

In the process of Alicia setting 50 exercise records the fastest, she also set the RecordSetter World Record for the Most Exercise Records Set, Running Races Won, and Record of the Day Awards Earned in ONE Month in May 2012.

In comparing apples to oranges, Alicia set 50 exercise world records in 62 days covering upper body, lower body, and core exercises at RecordSetter and the best male (also a fitness trainer) set 51 exercise world records covering upper and lower body in 151 days with Record Holder’s Republic. It would make sense that fitness trainers would hold these speed records for setting exercise records.

Alicia said, “I train all ability levels and people with all sorts of fitness goals. So setting these exercise records makes me more able to guide them as the more I achieve, the more I am able to help others achieve through my experiences in achieving all around physical fitness.”

Here is Alicia’s Official RecordSetter World Record video showing all 50 Exercise World Records set in 62 days

Alicia Weber sets World Record for Most Exercise World Records in One Month AND MORE!!

By: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter

May 2012 was the Record Challenge Month for RecordSetter World Records where record holders competed to set the most impressive records and out of 360 records set, 4 of Alicia’s records made Top 10 Most Impressive Record List and Alicia was selected as the Most Awesome Record Setter, but Alicia had her own agenda in this month long contest.

Multiple Exercise World Record Holder – Alicia Weber set the personal goal of setting more exercise records in ONE Month than she ever set in an entire year! She would have to set more than 24 records to achieve this goal.

On top of this goal, Alicia set other standards on herself to make this a bigger obstacle…she had to win at least one running race, work and train everyday (no rest days), win at least one Record of the Day title, and she would have to attempt to re-set her toughest records yet (find out what they are below).

Do you think Alicia (nicknamed “The Machine”) reached her goal AND met the standards she set on herself?

YES, The Results: 35 achievements in ONE month (26 exercise records set, one running race won, and 8 Record of The Days earned!!)

Alicia says, “I got my toughest strength test out of the way first when I re-set my World Record on May 3, 2012, with 91 consecutive bar dips in 5 minutes where arms break 90 degrees (previously set in April with 85). I then re-set my toughest endurance record near the end of the month when I knew I would be pretty fatigued from everything – I knocked 1 minute off my record time for fastest time to complete 500 chinups/500 pushups. Additionally several records that I set for the first time in April, I made myself get the energy to re-set in less than a month later!”

“Hammer Head”, Alicia’s fitness trainee, comments on Alicia’s efforts and says, “A true test in a real, serious athlete is if they are able to negative split. Alicia meets that test.”

Alicia exclaims, “Yes, I want to feel like a machine and I am in better shape now than ever. Back in college running for JJ Clark, a goal was to work on negative splits and that was something I had to work on then, but now it comes more naturally through all the years of practice.”

A Big Fan adds, “Alicia sets records but also has records AT setting records!”

I ask Alicia if she is tired yet?! Alicia says,”Honestly, I thought I would be, but I am really not too tired, but I am making my body rest a little as I know it needs rest. This is my 134th world record in physical fitness and personally, it is my favorite so far as it is an exciting all around test for me in stamina!”

Alicia earned title on May 29th for “Most Exercise Records Set, Running Races Won, and Records of the Day Earned in One Month” set the Month of May 2012. Watch her World Record Video where she shows her 35 achievements below:

2 Races and 2 World Records in 10 Days for Strongwoman Alicia Weber

By: Weber Way to Wellness Reporter Images below are copyrighted to Alicia Weber Click here to visit JD Productions.

April 12 -22, 2012 — Strongwoman Alicia Weber is back again to raise her benchmarks in 2 short duration events AND MORE! On April 12, 2012, Alicia Weber took back her world record in 1 minute of situps. She now raised the benchmark to 59 situps in one minute for her 101st world record! Alicia exclaimed, “I am into longer duration situps, but if I know I can beat a record that I see, I will go for it!” Alicia did just that when she beat the previous record of 58 a minute set by England’s Guy King.

Alicia Re-Claiming World Record for 1 minute of Situps

Next, Alicia has been dueling French Plyometic Exercise Star Guillaume Bourgeois (since, Feb 2012) in several plyometric exercises, but one stands out in the exciting duel between these two determined record breakers – Most Consecutive Clapping Pushups with Feet off the Ground. They each had gone back and forth with this highly aerobic strength testing exercise. Guillaume held the world record for 49 days at the mark of 61. Then, on April 17, 2012, Alicia re-claimed the record with a new mark of 65. Alicia exclaimed, “I got sick on Monday and had to rest. My muscles were anxious for an all out effort on Tuesday and the result – another record! I am very happy!”

On Wedsnesday, Alicia had planned to kick off her cross country season despite still being sick. Alicia exclaimed, “It was set in my mind and I had been looking forward to this day. I recalled when I ran with bronchitis and set a youth record in a 10k in 37:34 in 1995, which was 6th largest road race in US and I knew I could pull this off. I had trouble breathing from congestion and a sore/dry throat, but this was nothing compared to when I ran with bronchitis. I was planning on a casual effort in any case and just get a feel for the new course.” Alicia set the overall record in 2011 for the NTC 2.8 mile course. In 2012, the race is on a new course measuring 2.5 miles and is known as the NTC Ultimate Series for Cross Country. Alicia was happy with her showing in the elite field of current and former pro triathletes. She finished 6th overall out of men and women and was the 2nd woman finisher.

Finally ending her sickness on April 22, Alicia competed in her first ever WPA Series Stand Up Paddle Board event. Alicia exclaimed, “I was so excited to get out there with top competition and just get this experience under my belt. I asked for a challenge and I got it – the 3 mile race started in torrential downpour. Then it passed, but we had to fight wicked cross winds and currents. The winds were gusting upto 19 mph! My adrenaline was pumping and I had to dig deep on my hefty 10 ‘6″ stockboard.” Alicia completed the 3 mile course at Spa Beach in St. Petersburg, FL, in 56:48 for a 30th overall finish out of men and women, which includes both stockboard and racerboard categories combined.

On April 5, 2012, Alicia reached the monumental mark of setting 100 World Records ALL in exercise events except for two of the world records, which are in most different sports by Elite Athlete including…

Starting on February 21, 2008, Alicia set her first world record in most consecutive bar dips in 5 minutes, which she considers her toughest record, which also took the longest for her to break (she finally broke her 1st world record on the Eve of her 100th WR on April 4th, 2012).

Alicia is known for setting and re-setting her own world records. She was a lone Record Breaker in uncharted territory with Book of Alternative Records where she set 60 world records for women’s exercise events from 2008 -2011. In 2008, Alicia became the World’s First Woman to set endurance pull-up and chin-up world records (and then she kept re-setting ALL these records). She didn’t stop there, and in 2009 she set pushup world records, which eventually landed her in the Official Pushup Hall of Fame and the only woman to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2012 where she gave special interview. Alicia keeps improving and expanding her physical fitness record base and in 2012 she got noticed and was selected to be one of 25 extreme athletes to reveal secrets on how to stay tough in tough exercises. Alicia stepped up her game in 2012 when she joined Recordsetter.com, where she is able to compete co-ed in unrestricted exercise categories. RecordSetter is world’s fastest growing world record book and competition is co-ed. Alicia has already broken a handful of men’s world records in strength and endurance at Record Setter.

Alicia says, “At RecordSetter I get out of my comfort zone and I have enjoyed the male opposition. I have entered their territories to test myself in exercise categories I wouldn’t normally do and I am becoming an even better overall athlete for having the opportunity for this kind of challenge. I am happy about the good sportsmanship, creativity, but toughness in exercise categories, and ability to grow as a serious record breaker. This is only possible at Recordsetter.com.”

Alicia's Exclusive Strength Feat Shows

One fan that has been following Alicia’s record setting, since the start exclaims, “Now, that Alicia is at RecordSetter.com it has been very exciting to watch her dueling the men in the disciplines they are more into like plyometrics and short raw strength records. Alicia has jumped in their arena to challenge them and has taken the records. Before RecordSetter.com we only saw Alicia setting records far above anyone’s endurance and then keep testing her limits by re-setting her own records, which was exciting. But now that she is at RecordSetter, we see all angles of Alicia’s competitiveness and it is most exciting!”

In total, Alicia holds world records in 65 different categories of exercises. Alicia set 100 physical fitness world records from February 21, 2008 – April 5, 2012 (and she has re-set some of her records as many as 5 times!).

Alicia is now exclusively setting world records with RecordSetter World Record Book. She has so far set an additional 40 world records there to bring her record count to 100 as of April 5, 2012.

RecordSetter World Record Book has contests and awards and recognizes Top Record Breakers. It is very fair as all records require full documentation (i.e. record videos, etc) that are made public for viewing and public can judge on records also. Some records that are very different or need additional verification may go into a review panel discussion where the record setter might be questioned and then the questions and answers go into “Weigh In” where the public and judges weigh in on the statements and the verification process is extended as Alicia experienced in her final 2 records rounding her 100 count, but this is just a plus in why RecordSetter plays fair.

Alicia says, “It means a lot more when people can go in and read the rules for a record and then watch the entire record video, rather than see a name and statistic in a book. In addition, anyone can go in and see the entire record progressions for a Current World Record. RecordSetter has the legitimate and true way to present, set, and keep records. Anyone who is a serious record setter would want to be at RecordSetter.com. Another plus is you will know if your record is approved in 1-3 business days on average.”

Since Alicia made the switch to RecordSetter on Jan 12, 2012, her world records have earned top accolades (her records selected out of over 13,000 for honorable mentions) include the following:
