Alicia “World Record” Weber zooms straight to the moon in 2021 with full speed and strength by re-setting 10 tough world records and doing her first exclusive strength feat interview (and more)!!
Alicia obliterated 10 world records in January 2021 to bring in a phenomenal New Year! These records have stood for 4 years (she held them at Recordsetter). She improved all 10 records by an average 0f 25% improvement on her strength and speed from 4 years ago! The records are short duration and they focus on aerobic strength and working multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
Alicia began her New Year breaking 3 very challenging Push-Up World Records (see below).
Her greatest improvement was on 1/6/21 when she had over 55% increased speed in completing the 100 V-Plank Jumps taking the 6:42 record time to 3:01!
Her next biggest improvement came on 1/8/21 taking the 2:47 record time to 1:26 (48% improvement) in the 100 consecutive side-center-side plank jumps testing mind and body.
On 1/24/21 Alicia took down a tough aerobic exercise record that challenges coordination, abs, and wrist strength with the 100 rep exercise then on 1/25/21, she took down the record for the 200 rep exercise.
On 1/28/21 Alicia improved her time on the 2 minutes Hands Flat Triangle Plank Jump by 30 percent enroute to re-setting the one minute record.
Last, but not least on 1/30/21, Alicia smashed the the High Knee Jump Tuck Push-Up Record for the fastest 100 reps (improving by nearly 2 minutes)!!
Alicia Concluded her 17 Day Track to producing Champions on November 11, 2017, where young men from the Champion Circle Program awaited to do a 45 minute “Mystery Activity.” They were surprised that they competed in a self-esteem booster known as an Archery Fitness Challenge where they officially became ARCHER ATHLETES!! They worked on many skills and excelled in their activity in a timely manner. They learned that in order to develop self-esteem they need to do something and accomplish something. They were all Champions to learn new skills and complete this challenge in only 45 minutes!!

Alicia Weber re-set her own world record in the 30 minutes of shoulder-width grip chin ups on November 7, 2017, when she did more than 500 (over 50 reps over her previous world record set back on August 10, 2012). She gains great self-esteem when she is able to set, re-set, and re-set her longer more arduous records.
Alicia Weber breaks another record with over 500 reps of proper form chin-ups in 30 minutes!
Alicia captured her 118th overall victory on November 4th, 2017, when she ran a 5k race on packed-sand to raise funds for pediatric cancer. She was over-joyed by the wonderful environment, friends, and new friendly people (and Sandhill Cranes) she met at the event. She had a runner’s high and self-esteem high that day!

October 26 – October 31
Nineteen of Alicia’s Archer Athletes would agree that success is achieved in self-esteem building activities. They all took the Qigong Halloween Archery Challenge. Three Teams qualified for the event and they finished in a Wicked Witch nail-biting close match as they took shots to ghost and pumpkin targets.

Finally, a Big Fan of many years challenged Alicia to an isometric shoulder exercise. Alicia took in the suggestion and created a new type of isometric strength and endurance challenge for Halloween 2017 involving holding two bows and doing lunges on a BOSU. The video reached 2,000+ views in just a few days and has become one of her most popular challenges for this year. Success comes from self-esteem and achievements, which makes people feel secure. Great Achievements make people popular!!!

Last but not least, in order to celebrate Halloween in style, World Record Weber Wonder Woman performed a new Feats of Strength Compilation. She had such a natural high from self-esteem that she had to do a little extra in her cape.

Look out it is a bird, a plane. No, it is the Amazon Monster Muscle Woman soaring to new heights in strength and endurance. From galloping on thick sand to a mind-blowing 3 minute leading victory to performing 1,000 consecutive chest-touching-floor pushups in under 47 minutes – this muscle woman has had a busy summer with physical fitness challenges. Below are some featured fitness endeavors this monster muscle woman has been attacking this summer.
On July, 4, 2014, the Monster Muscle Woman celebrated Independence Day by completing 1,000 consecutive chest-touching-floor pushups for a fastest time. She talks about the proper form for the feat in the first 1:20. Then, she goes non-stop for just under 47 minutes for 1,000 reps.
As if shooting for 1,000 consecutive pushups was not enough on the July 4 weekend….The Muscle Monster attacked a new mark in the 30 minute flexed hang knee to elbow raise on July 3. Going 101 reps over the current world record set more than one year ago. In this exercise, a 90 degree flexed hang (palm away grip) must be maintained as legs starting in dead hang come up to where the bent knees touch the bent elbows and then go back to dead hanging legs for a rep to count.
Muscle Woman’s 30 minutes of 90 degree Elbow to Knee Raises
On June 21, 2014, the Monster Muscle Woman went flying off the starting line and into a gallop up and down thick sand on hills measuring a couple hundred meters in length. This was a race on an old beaten clay trail in Florida out in the middle of nowhere in the hottest part of the day @ 1:30 pm. She finished first place overall out of the men and women in a time of 20:36. She was three minutes ahead of 2nd place in this challenging 5k. This was the Muscle Woman’s 88th Career Victory on the first day of summer 2014! The top 5 finishers overall got an award glass.

New Beginnings Celebrity Softball Game was an action-packed, creative way to get community together for fundraising and fun. This is the 2nd consecutive year for the event with 36 softball players. I was excited to be part of this community event inspired by Dr. Dot Richardson and created by Sandy Farnsworth, Linda Smith, and Steve Smith of New Beginnings.
I played softball through 5th grade and I always wanted to give pitching a try, but the coaches never gave me a chance to pitch. I finally got my chance! I pitched the first inning as I represented Booty Busters Outdoor Fitness for the Rippers. Clermont business people and local celebrities alike had a fun-filled, inspiring night playing under a beautiful sky on the NTC softball field.
I went flying in the air and sliding to bases. In my competitive efforts, I accidently busted my booty with dirt and a big strawberry. I guess it complemented my Booty Busters theme.
Alicia Weber, Instructor of Booty Busters Outdoor Fitness busted booty in the softball game!
Kimberly Whitehead, pro wrestler and part of the Swamp Brothers, had her unique style to the game. Whitehead cartwheeled into home plate as she racked up points for the Rippers. The entertaining Whitehead said, “I am here because of my mother. She helps organize a lot of events and she volunteers me for these things, which is fine because I love them!â€
Rick “The Reptile Guy†DeRidder and Robbie Keszey the Swamp Brother on the Crusher Team sported their wild style as they pulled a lizard out of left field! The Swamp Brothers are hoping to bring a zoo to Clermont.
Rick the Reptile Guy said, “Softball Rocks! I never played before, but this softball was so fun!â€
Megan Clementi, Miss Florida USA 2010, showed everyone how to be graceful and fierce as she slugged the ball and gave everyone a run for their money. She was very happy to be part of the fundraising efforts and she tries to do as many as she can. Clementi said,â€I heard about the event through Gary Tolley. He tells everybody about everything. He is phenomenal at getting people to support events and support organizations that make a difference. He has brought me out to 2 events – this is my second one and both have been celebrity related with good people that want to make a difference in community.â€
As the innings progressed both teams became more confident as their reaction time and skill level increased and players churned out home runs like clockwork! It was easy to lose track of the score as one home runner after another came rolling into home plate and players were greeted by Aurelio Parra Jr. “Coach Junior†holding a big snake around his neck! Hall of Fame Bowlers, TV and Radio Personalities, Celebrity Athletes, local doctors, business people, and community leaders produced an action-packed, entertaining softball game that resulted in community building and fundraising. The final score was 19 for the Crushers and 17 for the Rippers.
I am very happy to have had the opportunity to play in the Celebrity Softball game and I look forward to it next year! It was definitely the most entertaining and action-packed softball game I ever played in! Watch the Action-Packed Moments of 2013 Celebrity Softball Game Here:

LAS VEGAS, NV, November 21-22, 2012 — On the Eve of Thanksgivng, the former Florida Gator Athlete, Alicia Weber, kicked off her Thanksgiving in Gator-Style! Alicia attacked a physical challenge that she was building up for over the past few weeks, but never attempted before. It was the all out consecutive 100m Plyometric Alligator Pushup for fastest time! She must keep her feet together with her legs straight for the entire duration and begin the exercise with a hop then one arm stretching out with other arm in close (like an alligator) and perform a pushup. She must repeat this as necessary until getting over the finish line! She completed 185 of these extreme consecutive pushups covering the 100m in 12:10. Alicia exclaimed, “Out of my 200 Recordsetter Exercise World Records set this year, this ranks as one of the toughest!”

The following morning – Thanksgivng morning, Team Weber jumped into the Catch the Gobbler 5k for a fun run to earn their Turkey! Alicia Weber, Kimberly Weber, and Jim Weber chased those turkeys and as a family and they would have tied for 2nd place based on most family members earning awards in their age divisions. Alicia took 2nd place in her division, while Jim took 3rd place in his division. The Gronauer family had 2 earn division awards as well, but no one could catch the Holiday family, which took the Turkey with 8 family members earning awards in their age divisions. It was a fun race for families and friends to kick off Thanksgiving in an exciting 5k race!
Alicia exclaimed, “My sister and dad were just going to do this race and I jumped in to make it a family run. I was still healing from a bad blister from running on a slant for half the run in my Beach Running World Championship, which I won several weeks ago. Although I am still healing my blister, I decided to do this race anyways, but just for fun at a casual pace. This is our first race as a family and it was nice!”
Alicia breezed through the finish line feeling great and very happy that she broke the course record by 39 seconds. Alicia exclaimed, “This is my final competition of 2012 and my 6th victory for the year where I competed in 4 sports. I am ending my season on a high note with great excitement over this consecutive world championship victory! I am very happy and thankful!”
Alicia juggles her sports as many as 10 different sports in one year and her competitive season starts in Feb and normally ends in late October or November each year. Competing in sports is not all Alicia does as she also sets strength, speed, and stamina world records throughout the year. So far this year, Alicia set 166 official world records at Recordsetter. This is the most Alicia EVER set in one year and the year is NOT over yet for her record setting…
Alicia is the World’s Most Prolific Strength and Endurance Record Holder that is also a World Champion Athlete – her post-race interview here:
Alicia has excelled in all forms of running from track to road to off terrain and is a former University of Florida track/cross country letter winner. I asked Alicia how does beach running compare to the other forms of running.
Alicia answered, “Beach running is challenging. You don’t know what you will get – beach wind gusts, thick sand, hard packed sand, and even running on a slant the whole time. You need to prepare for it all. Beach running requires extra sessions of feet and leg strengthening to handle the unbalanced sandy surface that challenges each step or your run.”
