JULY-AUGUST 2023ALICIA IS MENTIONED ON COVER OF TWO MAGAZINES with “Fit to be Eyed” where she is the Healthy Living 4 page feature in both of them!
Alicia was over the moon to receive a special interview and photo shoot to review her competitions and record breaking history so far. She is featured in a 4 page healthy living section in both the online magazines above and in print AND she is a featured article on a website.
Alicia took a fabulous hiking/training/comedy trip to Bryce Canyon for a week. She enjoyed a lot of laughs and she had fun making some new comedy shows with her creative dad! She did some great, challenging run training at 7,700 – 8,300 feet and found it really paid off when she came back to sea level. First, STOP and cackle with her Bryce Canyon/Las Vegas comedy.
Alicia returned to Florida to set a slew of aerobic strength world records, place 85th in her 16th World Championship, do her first ever 10k and 1 hour SKiErg event (where she is currently ranked 3 and 1 woman in world this season so far), and set a handful of personal best cross country running times and lowering 4 of her lifetime cross country bests (see below). She believes the high altitude training (even though it was just 1 week) had a positive impact on her recent results. FIRST, we will show you the records she broke upon her return from trip.
Last but not least, listed below are Alicia’s personal bests in cross country running. Highlighted in RED are her new personal bests. Alicia is not a fan of the Super Shoe Era and she believes soft surface running is the best both for health, leg/foot strength, and longevity in running. She only promotes soft surface running in her running programs. Alicia has been wearing the New Balance 940v4 for years (trains and competes in this 11oz shoe). It is known to prevent plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.

Memorial Day 2016 will be a weekend youth athletes will remember as their day to soar in the red, white, and blue and be the first to compete in a championship in a new sport! Six athletes came dressed in their red, white, and blue and gave it all they had in a highly aerobic game, which also required skill.
Two teams took to the fields in a chase game of 3 vs 3 in a large zoned rectangular field upto 100 yards in length. They had to go through the rounds as either the runners or taggers (defenders). Runners tried to successfully get from Point A to B without getting tagged. Each successful runner earned a point. Then, the runner could huff, puff, and triumph more by taking one lucky shot of an arrow at a 20 yard target. They could try to earn more team points with an accurate shot. It is non-stop action and each team is given the same amount of playing time to achieve maximum points.
Besides stamina, fast reaction time, fitness, and skill, the other keys to success in this game are courage, bravery, and teamwork.
The final score was American Eagles 26 – USA X-Shots 11.
See how the teams reacted to being in the first-ever Championship!

World Record Weber has been busy setting and re-setting abdominal exercises at Recordsetter. Below is a look at some tough ab exercises for overall strength and endurance training.
Back on October 7, 2014, Weber re-set the “concrete one arm planked world record” with a new time just under 10 minutes. This exercise not only tests core strength, but one arm muscle stabilizers. It is good to train one side and then repeat on the other side.
Next, on October 12, 2014, Weber re-set the “strict form spiderman cadence test” record with her new mark of 11 minutes. The goal of this test is to complete ten repetitions of a 6 count exercise each minute until failure. It is a new and improved type of alternative pushup cadence test, which tests flexibility and small and large muscle groups.
Finally, on October 20, 2014, Weber tested her latest ab exercise “sprinter’s situp” as she went for the first ever world record at Recordsetter. It is a consecutive ab exercise similar to a knee tuck as it tests balance and ab strength. Each rep of the exercise must be performed in 3 seconds or less. Legs and arms are not allowed to touch ground. Low back must touch ground and come up perpendicular at apex as opposite bent arm goes toward opposite bent knee.
Alicia Weber, World’s Most Prolific Female Record Setter, expanded her sporting interests in 2013. She added archery to her list of 16 sports and she developed a new record category.
Then, Weber trained for her own Archery Obstacle records where most records are set at 40 yards distance for archery with standard targets. The record begins with a strict form exercise for fastest time or an exercise to be performed for most reps in a time frame. Immediately after the exercise, the archery takes place with the 3 best arrows out of five possible shots counting for score. The exercise and archery score are combined together for a final score.
Weber is the third athlete to set an archery record at Recordsetter and only the second athlete to set an Obstacle Archery record at Recordsetter. Doug Mcmanaman was the first to bring archery to Recordsetter with his backward archery with a crossbow, which landed him in Top 10 list of Popular Records for 2012.
Alicia Weber set her first ever Obstacle Archery World Record on October 17, 2013 in Clermont, Florida, in 100ft Rope Climb 40 Yd Archery Obstacle for Lowest Score.
Alicia set her second and third world records on October 22, 2013 in 50ft Rope Climb 40 Yd Archery Obstacle for Lowest Score and highest score for most strict pull-ups with 40yd Archery. Alicia then broke this record along with three others on May 1, 2014.

Alicia being a Pisces is known to swirl around in different directions. Alicia particularly swirls around in different directions in extreme strength and stamina disciplines. Â This early March 2012, Alicia shows her varying strength abilities with some very unique and arduous world records. Â We will take a look at Alicia’s new Record Setter World Records from March 1 -9 below:
On March 5-6, 2012, Alicia set two new challenging pull-up world records that test grip strength specifically in addition to the upper body as these records were set using a 10-inch thick bar.
Alicia doing 11 Around the World Pull-Ups on 10-inch thick bar with 10lbs Medicine Ball Held Between Legs for Record
Finally, on March 9, 2012, Alicia achieved the highest height climbed in 1 minute with arms only nonstop climbing! Â Alicia climbed 32.46 meters (106.5 ft) in 1 minute with arms only with no rest. Â Alicia’s rope climbing day continued as she then set speed records in the fastest L-Position arms only climb for 12ft in 4.80 seconds followed by the fastest time in L-Position with 10lbs ankle weights for the 12ft arms only climb in 8.95 seconds.
Alicia climbing highest height in 1 minute nonstop with arms only – 32.46 meters
Now, I ask Alicia which of these records stand out for her as being the most difficult. Alicia replies, “Each one has its own unique element of difficulty. Â They have their own kind of mental and physical toughness. Â It is hard to say which is the most difficult. Â They were all very difficult as they were the first times I set all these records in these categories.”

CLERMONT, FL (Feb 19, 2012)—February is National Heart Health Month and Fitness Expert Alicia Weber is celebrating by establishing and setting a new aerobic capacity wellness benchmark.
Aerobic Capacity Wellness is the direct measurement of one’s cardiovascular fitness. Â It’s not just about getting to peak speed, but how long one can hold a peak speed. Â Aerobic means “with oxygen” and an individual’s peak capability for delivering oxygen to muscles. Â Most people think of aerobics as running, walking, biking, or taking the 1.5 mile run test. Â Alicia thinks beyond this picture though.
Alicia studied 30 fitness clients and researched and tested them in hundreds of conditioning exercises over the course of 6-months in 2011 to find the most effective and results-driven exercises for overall physical fitness gains. Â Not only did Alicia see results with these exercises, but so did clients as clients in a 6 week period increased arm strength by an average 40 % Â and by an average 33% they increased leg strength. Alicia now takes the 4 top conditioning exercises that showed to be the best for overall physical fitness gains and attacks these exercises one after the other in an ALL OUT aerobic capacity wellness challenge, which she calls “400 Rep Aerobic Capacity Wellness Challenge.” Â Alicia sets the world record for the fastest to complete this challenge!
Alicia Weber demonstrates Aerobic Capacity Wellness as she holds her heart rate at 95% of her max heart rate for over 20 minutes and performs these multi-dimensional exercises that incorporate the 5 areas of fitness and test aerobic capacity wellness. Â Alicia has a very high Vo2max of 67.05 ml/kg/min achieved during her 1.5 mile run test and even in that test her heart rate did not peak as high and as long as it does in this challenge – Just to say how challenging this challenge really is with these 4 exercises!
Alicia Weber’s World Record in 400 Rep Aerobic Capacity Wellness Challenge time 23 mins and 57 seconds!
Clermont, FL–August 7-13, 2011 Â Alicia Weber raises her bar again in physical fitness! Â Almost 1 year ago, she celebrated World Record Weber Week where she spent a week setting a variety of physical fitness world records in between training her own personal fitness clients! Alicia is a self-coached world record holder in over 30 categories of exercise events. This year’s World Record Weber Week is full of extreme challenges!
On August 7th, Alicia set a total of 4 World Records in both 1 minute and 3 minute Chinups/Pullups events ALL within just 18 minutes!
On August 13th, Alicia did 1 hour of CONSECUTIVE pushups and Mtn. Climbers to become the first woman to set a 1 hour pushup world record. Â Alicia combined the exercises and made herself hold a plank the whole time to make the record attempt much more challenging. Â Alicia completed 1,020 pushups (and 826 mtn. climbers!) in 1 hour to set a new world record.
In this Year’s World Record Weber week, Alicia set 5 world records.
I ask Alicia on her thoughts after this year’s week of records. Â Alicia says,“I was thinking about my fans and how much they should love the new flexing videos I made after doing these world records. Â I will have my new world record videos full of flexing and a Special Triple Apple Crush for Time from a One Arm Flexed Hang available at www.VideoTeasing.com/alicia.htm See the Apple Crush Preview Below: “

I kicked off my competitive season on Feb 6, 2011, at the 2011 Southern Sprints Indoor Rowing Championship in Melbourne, Florida. I shaved a second off my time in the 500m dash and took 4th place in a close race. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place were all within points of a second from each other, while the winner was 3 seconds ahead.
Watch Alicia Weber in Pre-Race Bicep Flexing followed by her 500m Dash!
Next up, I visited what is to be for years to come the World Class Rowing Center in Sarasota, Florida, at Nathan Benderson Park. This is a fabulous flat water 2,000m outdoor rowing course surrounded by a 5 mile trail. I cycled along the trail as I videoed the lake and flexed my bicep (as I held the camera in the other hand).Â
Watch Alicia Weber bicep flexing and showing the rowing center, while cycling (and holding the camera in the other hand).
Are you a Rowing fanatic? If so, Sarasota, Florida is a place to visit! For more information on the World Class Rowing Center in Sarasota, Florida visit http://www.sarasotafl.org/sports/rowing/
