“I do aqua training with Alicia and I had my first massage with Alicia. She took time and extra care, explaining everything she was doing. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I feel very confident in her expertise as a massage therapist. The following day, I noticed the tension had disappeared from my shoulders. I would give Alicia a high recommendation, especially for first-timers!” -Bev
“Alicia has been doing massages for me for several years. I have had both table and chair massages, both excellent. With her chair, Alicia is able to take care of my needs, especially shoulders, hips, and lower back, where I always have tightness. I have also attended Alicia’s water exercise classes that she teaches at our community pool. She always works to strengthen our hips, legs, and backs as these are constant issues as we age. Doing special exercises for bone density are another important aspect of the water exercise class. Alicia always adds humor to the class!” – Carolyn
